Community Projects
The St. Nicholas neighborhood is kept beautiful by community members who carefully plan and work together on community projects. Our public green spaces are maintained solely by the St. Nicholas Area Preservation.
Our History
The St. Nicholas neighborhood is one of the oldest in Florida and has a rich and interesting history, evolving from a Spanish Fort built in 1793 to a residential neighborhood with a mix of new young families and long-time residents.
